Mr Andrew Baxter
Mr Andrew (‘Ted’) Baxter trained in Manchester and completed a Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery before becoming a Consultant at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in 2002. A specialist in keyhole surgery, his areas of expertise include the investigation and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding and endometriosis. He is Gynaecology Lead at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital.
Professor Tom Farrell MD MRCOG
Professor Tom Farrell is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield. Tom trained in Scotland and New Zealand and obtained his MD in 2005. His interests include the treatment of benign gynaecological conditions, keyhole surgery and pregnancy ultrasound scanning. Tom also has a keen interest in medical education.
Mr Stephen Radley MD FRCS FRCOG
Mr Stephen Radley trained in Cambridge, London and Sheffield in both Urology and Gynaecology. He obtained his MD in 2001 and is the Clinical Lead for Urogynaecology at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital. His clinical interests include pelvic floor disorders, vaginal prolapse, bladder, bowel and sexual problems. He is the Research Lead for the Jessop Wing of Sheffield Teaching Hospitals.
Dr Julia Palmer
Dr Julia Palmer is clinical lead for colposcopy and a consultant in gynaecology, specialising in gynaecological oncology at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital. Julia trained in Cardiff, Birmingham and Sheffield, obtaining her MD in 2007. Her clinical interests include treatment of gynaecological cancer and pre-malignant disease of the cervix and vulva.
Service Co-ordinator. Philippa has extensive experience in working at Thornbury Hospital. She manages new referrals, booking them into the most appropriate clinic at a time that suits and is the liaison point during any future investigation and treatment.
